Sophie Huet-Trupheme has been Deputy Global News Director in charge of editorial innovation and artificial intelligence since November 2024, after serving for six years as Global Chief Editor. A journalist by training, she joined AFP in 1991 and has held a range of editorial and managerial roles in France and abroad.
