AFP partners 10th "Cannes fait le mur" wall art photo

To celebrate the 65th Cannes Film Festival, Agence France-Presse has teamed up with the city of cannes to present an exhibition of 17 monumental photographs of stars under the title “Cannes fait le mur”, that will grace the city’s walls and the “rue d’Antibes” from May 16 to June 30 2012.

Pierre Célérier (50), AFP technical editor-in-chief, has been appointed deputy global news director to replace Juliette Hollier Larousse, who has been appointed director for Latin America in Montevideo. Pierre will begin in the new position on 1 July 2012.

AGENCE FRANCE-PRESSE (AFP) WAS RECENTLY ACCUSED IN BLOGS AND IN A LETTER SENT BY THE ISRAELI EMBASSY IN WASHINGTON TO PROMINENT US NEWSPAPERS OF FILING A PICTURE TAKEN ON JANUARY 25 IN AL-DIRAT, WEST BANK THAT HAD BEEN STAGED.
