The Audio Marketplace (TAM), the first European B2B platform for multilingual professional audio content, will officially launch on September 16 as part of the European Audio Dataspace (EAD) project, coordinated by Agence France-Presse (AFP) with support from the European Commission.

AFP is expanding its fact-check service to Myanmar

AFP has the largest network in the world of expert journalists in charge of digital investigations. AFP’s fact-check service is covering 36 countries. In Asia alone, 11 countries and territories in five languages, including English, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malay and Burmese. Burmese is the 14th language to be added to the AFP Fact Check website.

This regional format brings together a regional and global jury that selects the winners from each region in four categories: Single Images, Series, Long-Term Projects, and Free Format. Tomás Cuesta, freelance photographer, was awarded a prize for AFP in Latin America.
