أفادت السلطات السعودية بأن مقذوفا أطلقه الحوثيون أسفر عن إصابة شخصين السبت في منطقة تقع على الحدود الجنوبية للمملكة مع اليمن، وذلك بعد ساعات من إصدار الحكومة تحذيرات من احتمال وقوع هجمات.
وقال الدفاع المدني السعودي إن فرقه في محافظة الطوال بمنطقة جازان "باشرت التعامل مع سقوط مقذوف تم إطلاقه من قبل الميليشيا الحوثية الإرهابية، نتج عنه إصابتان وأضرار مادية في مسجد وعدد من المباني والمركبات".
