Donald Trump a salué mardi la victoire de l'extrême droite dimanche en Allemagne, y voyant là "une très bonne soirée" pour le "Parti Populiste", visiblement une référence à l'Alternative pour l'Allemagne, arrivée largement en tête lors d'élections régionales.
"Waouh! Le Parti Populiste en Allemagne vient de connaître une très bonne soirée. Ils en ont enfin assez des règles et réglementations absolument horribles en matière d'immigration, qui ont tellement nui à l'Allemagne. ILS SONT EN PLEINE ASCENSION et ne vont plus se laisser faire! MGGA", a écrit le président américain sur son réseau Truth Social, le dernier acronyme semblant signifier, dans un détournement de son propre slogan, "Make Germany Great Again".
