أعلن أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني محسن رضائي الأحد أن بلاده ستقيم "منطقة محظورة" قرب مضيق هرمز الاستراتيجي، وفق ما نقل الإعلام الرسمي.
وقال رضائي للتلفزيون الرسمي "في الأيام المقبلة، سيتم الإعلان عن منطقة محظورة خارج مضيق هرمز. ستبدأ هذه المنطقة من خط الحصار الذي تفرضه البحرية الأميركية، وتشمل مناطق من الخليج الفارسي"، مضيفا أن "أي سفينة تدخل هذه المنطقة الجديدة ستُدرج على قائمة العقوبات الإيرانية".
