Une juge fédérale américaine a prolongé vendredi jusqu'aux élections cruciales de mi-mandat en novembre la suspension d'un décret présidentiel de Donald Trump visant à encadrer plus strictement le vote par correspondance.
Cette juge de Boston (nord-est), qui avait suspendu le 27 août pour deux semaines l'entrée en vigueur des nouvelles règles concernant l'envoi des bulletins de vote adoptées par la Poste américaine (USPS) a prolongé, dans une décision rendue vendredi, cette suspension jusqu'au 3 novembre, date des élections de mi-mandat.
