Selection of some of the most striking photographs taken by AFP photojournalists this past week (July 24 to July 29, 2022).
The film tells the story of three environmental crusaders facing betrayal and murder as they battle to save an island paradise famed as the Philippines "last ecological frontier".
Photographs from eleven AFP photographers picturing the Russian invasion in Ukraine will be showcased on the Main Bar & Lounge walls.
The festival will exhibit "the most moving pictures" taken by two reporters who witnessed the recent historic events in Afghanistan: Shah Marai, Chief Photo of the Kabul bureau, who was killed during a suicide attack in 2018 in Kabul, and his succcessor
