The collaboration marks a significant milestone in the region’s industrial modernization efforts. Leveraging over two decades of experience in the manufacturing domain, FPT will implement AI solutions that span the entire value chain—from business operations and plant performance to back-office functions—enabling an AI-powered model of efficient and intelligent manufacturing.

The comprehensive transformation roadmap will be structured and executed in three strategic phases. In the first phase, starting in 2025, the focus will be on building a solid AI foundation by introducing technologies like OCR for document processing, digitizing manufacturing workflows, integrating machine data, and using computer vision for safety and attendance.

The second phase, set for 2026, will focus on boosting operational intelligence through AI-powered forecasting, optimization, and scenario planning. These efforts will enable the industrial giant to make smarter, data-driven decisions across key areas such as procurement, manufacturing, and workforce management.

From 2027 onward, the final phase will focus on building a self-optimizing, intelligent manufacturing ecosystem with AI-led decision-making. The transformation comes with the adoption of technologies like digital twins, AI assistants, and autonomous agents to streamline operations, while conversational AI will enhance customer service.

“This partnership is a testament to our shared vision of building factories of the future,” said Levi Nguyen, FPT Thailand Chief Executive Officer, FPT Corporation. “As an AI-first company, FPT is fully committed to leading the charge in industrial AI transformation. We look forward to leveraging our expertise and AI focus to reimagine operations and set a new standard for smart manufacturing across Southeast Asia.”
