Seoul says 'no decision' on Alaska LNG investment after Trump announcement
South Korea's trade ministry said Thursday that no decision had been made on the Alaska LNG project, after US President Donald Trump said Washington and Seoul would begin working on it.
The "Alaska LNG project will be considered on the condition that it is commercially viable and subject to relevant domestic legal procedures," Seoul's trade ministry said in a statement.
"No decision has been made regarding whether to invest in the project or the scale of any potential investment."
