أكد الرئيس الكوري الجنوبي لي جاي ميونغ الجمعة أن سيول لن ترسل جيشها للتدخل عسكريا في الحرب بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران، ردا على تقارير تفيد بأنه يدرس نشر قوة في مضيق هرمز.
وقال لي خلال مؤتمر صحافي في البيت الأزرق الرئاسي في سيول "لن يكون هناك أي انخراط أو تدخل في الحرب. لن ننشر قوات أو موارد عسكرية على هذا النحو".
