أفاد مصدر دبلوماسي تركي وكالة فرانس برس الخميس بأن تركيا سلمت كلا من أوكرانيا وروسيا مسودة اتفاق لوقف الهجمات على السفن التجارية في البحر الأسود.
وقال المصدر لفرانس برس "لقد تبادلنا مسودة اتفاق مع الروس والأوكرانيين بهدف إيجاد حل للهجمات في البحر الأسود".
