La Turquie a soumis un protocole d'accord à l'Ukraine et à la Russie pour mettre fin aux attaques contre les navires commerciaux en mer Noire, a affirmé jeudi à l'AFP une source diplomatique turque.
"Nous avons partagé un protocole d'accord -- un brouillon -- aux Russes et aux Ukrainiens afin de trouver une solution aux frappes en mer Noire", a déclaré cette source à l'AFP.
