AI Action Summit: AFP’s Participation in Three Panels
As part of the AI Action Summit, three AFP journalists will take part in several events addressing key issues related to artificial intelligence in journalism, combating disinformation, and ensuring the authenticity of digital content.

Eric Baradat, Deputy News Director for Photo and Documentation, will take part in the panel "Trust and Transparency in the Era of Synthetic Media", organised by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA). He will present AFP’s initiatives on digital content authenticity, alongside representatives from Google, Microsoft and Imatag.

Denis Teyssou, Editorial Manager of the MediaLab, will take part in the roundtable discussion "How Can AI Enhance the Integrity of Information?", organised by Viginum and the OECD with the support of the French Ministry of Culture. This session will explore the opportunities AI offers for fact-checking and tackling misinformation.
