At its meeting on 14 April 2021, AFP’s Board of Directors approved the accounts for the 2020 financial year, the second year of implementation of the Agency’s transformation plan and of the new “Contract of objectives and means” that governs its relationship with the French State until 2023.
The French Parliament adopts the AFP Statute, guaranteeing its editorial independence, global presence and
financial autonomy. The CEO is now elected by a Board of Directors.
Chairman Emmanuel Hoog presented the strategic orientations of the agency’s development plan for the years 2014-2018 at a meeting of the AFP board on December 10 2013.
