AFP photographer Dimitar Dilkoff honoured at the Deauville Sport Images Festival
For the inaugural edition of the Deauville Sport Images Festival, launched on 21 June, AFP photographer Dimitar Dilkoff was awarded the Prize for Best Paralympic Photograph.

The image, captured on 5 September 2024 at the Grand Palais, shows the Frenchman Damien Tokatlian taking on the Italian Emanuele Lambertini in the bronze-medal match of the men’s team foil wheelchair-fencing event at the Paris Paralympic Games.
