Fabrice Lacroix appointed as managing director of AFP

Fabrice Lacroix has been appointed as managing director of AFP, taking over from Rémi Tomaszewski.

After six years at the Agency, Rémi Tomaszewski is moving to the ministry of culture and communications where he has been appointed inspector general of cultural affairs.

Rémi Tomaszewski carried out an extensive reorganization of the Agency’ management structure so that it could meet the challenges of its strategic priorities – securing its legal status, improving governance, improving service to clients, and transforming social dialogue.
Chairman Emmanuel Hoog thanked him for his ‘contribution to the development and modernization of the Agency’.
He also praised his ‘personal involvement in developing dialogue within the company’ and ‘his unfailing sense of the general interest that he committed to the Agency’.

Fabrice Lacroix, deputy managing director and chief financial officer, takes over today as managing director. He will continue to work on the development on the Agency’s strategic priorities.

His successor will be named next week.
