Obama lands in Bangkok to launch Asia tour

BANGKOK (AFP)

US President Barack Obama arrived in Bangkok on Sunday to start a three-nation tour of Southeast Asia which will include a historic visit to Myanmar, an AFP photographer aboard Air Force One said.

Obama will met Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra, and journey to Myanmar on Monday to support the country's political reform drive, before heading to Cambodia for the East Asia Summit.
