French court clears Continental in Concorde crash

VERSAILLES, France (AFP)

A French court on Thursday cleared Continental Airlines and one of its employees of blame for the July 2000 crash of an Air France Concorde.

The US airline had been convicted of involuntary homicide in 2010 after a court ruled the crash was caused by a piece of metal that had fallen from one of its planes.
