Bolt wins 100m final in Olympic record time

LONDON (AFP)

Jamaica's Usain Bolt won the Olympic 100m final here Sunday, defending his title with the second fastest time in history.

Bolt swept across the line in a new Olympic record of 9.63sec, pipping compatriot and world champion Yohan Blake who took silver with Justin Gatlin of the United States third.
